BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS  

 

Making a reservation is easy! Just follow these steps:

STEP 1 - Click on the red "Book Now" button under your location of choice.

STEP 2 - When the booking window appears, inside the text box in section 1, enter your voucher / order code exactly as it appears (case & character sensitive) then click the yellow "Apply" button.

STEP 3 - In section 2 "Select Date," click on your date of choice. Once you have clicked on a date all available time slots will appear in green in section 3. Click on your time slot of choice. Proceed to the next step by clicking the yellow "Continue" button on the bottom right corner.

STEP 4 - Add Extras; You may upgrade your vehicle, buy more laps or add a 3 passenger ride along to your experience. All of our extras are also available on event days at the same price. If you have selected an upgrade or any extras please note that you will be prompted to input your payment info in the next step.

STEP 5 - Input the desired name under the reservation, email address and phone number. You may reserve under another name if this is a gift. We will email you the booking confirmation. If you selected extras you will be prompted to input your payment info. Final Step - Confirm your reservation

THAT'S IT... YOU'RE DONE! Confirm that you received the booking confirmation we sent to the email you gave us and keep it for reference. We'll see you soon!

REFUND / RESCHEDULE POLICY  

 

RESCHEDULING: Please EMAIL us 48 hours or more prior to your reservation so that we can take you off the schedule. If you do not give us a minimum 48 hour notice, you will be charged a $30 reschedule fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING VIA PHONE. If you purchased a ticket from one of our vendors and your voucher expired or will expire soon:

You can go to an event after your expiration date as long as you make a reservation on our website BEFORE the expiration date. If your voucher expired and you did not reserve prior to the expiration date, you can extend it for 4 more months for $30 extra.

If you purchased a ticket from one of our vendors and you would like a refund:

1. To get a refund you must request it directly from the vendor you purchased the ticket from as long as the voucher code HAS NOT been redeemed. Each vendor has its own refund policy. Please check with them before you purchase.

2. If you made a reservation on our website we will REDEEM ALL vouchers 48 hours prior to the date of the scheduled event. You must cancel your reservation before your voucher gets REDEEMED or you WILL NOT be eligible to receive a refund.

If you purchased a ticket directly from us:

1. Tickets purchased from us normally have an expiration date of 12 months from the date of purchase. The vouchers can be extended at no extra charge, however if the activity has changed or our minimum price has increased, then you will have to pay the difference in order to participate.

2. Refunds can be given at any time up to 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months NO refunds are allowed. Please note that the tickets are transferable and you can use the paid value towards any of our activities.

3. If you made a reservation on our website and failed to show up or reschedule without giving 48 hour notice, you may still get a refund if it is within 6 months, however we will discount $30 for not giving us 48 hour notice of cancellation.
